Stuck with massive paper gains that continue to increase.

It's not hard to be "stuck" with increasing gains while waiting for a year to pass so you pay less taxes when you do sell.
No reason to sell if the company continues to grow and increase revenues and profit. Some people like to buy a winner and hold.

That's not good for the shorts is it?
