The conversation has little to do with current events really. Shares were dispersed and warrants too to Epic sub investors. Much of it almost 2 years ago. Much of the more recent dispersed shares went to Elite Directors who would file if they sold.

And again means nothing. Epic will sell some shares. They have to pay Elite for milestones. This brings in and sets up revenue streams to Elite with no cost to Elite. Funny how that very key item gets missed.
