is absurd. Every country, state, county, and city WORLDWIDE want liquor taxes. Label approvals are the first step.
When a shipment arrives, federal taxes MUST be paid. Then the distributor pays taxes when retailers orders are filled. Retailers pay taxes by the bottle or the drink, depending on their business.
It's ridiculous the claims being made about not needing a license. Alcohol is number 2 behind gas and oil when it comes to regulations.
Bureaus are good at one thing.....collecting tax. That's why a license is needed.....PERIOD.
