Basically The company has been promoting a product it has never produced and has never been proven to work in the field. The product technology is nothing cutting edge by any means and basically doesn't stop or incapacitate like the taser. In the eyes of the police, military and police, it's a joke. After 5-6 years of Battis burning through millions of shareholder dollars supporting his crack sales team the net result is foreclosure and bankruptcy.
