Are they a partner?
I mean this is how InterSystems makes money they develop this kind software for companies and sell it to them. I think quture is just a client.

My own rumor or rather my hope would be looking at a company like Epic to buy quture out. There software is made by InterSystems and they do the same thing quture is sayin try can do better. Or at least my small limited info leads to to think.
