I know that's a common statement here but......

there's no revenue so if the debt is paid off it was done by diluting shareholders who own stock in a company with no undisputed assets and no revenue, ever. So how is that a good thing? All it means is that billions more shares will hit the market at some point in time. It's like saying that you paid off your visa card by borrowing the money from your master card. The debt will not be paid off until there is revenue. Period
