Agreed, but I still wonder why the TA is taking so long to distribute those shares this time? I think the rules are that the company must provide shares within a "reasonable" time period. How long is reasonable? I was surprised to find that it has taken this long.

WGAS sell shares to toxic funders for quick cash and that's really always been their only business, IMO. Now they have reached the point where they are so completely incompetent that they can't even get the shares through the printing press. That's a new low, even for a share selling scam. All IMO of course.
