Ok, everyone has done a great job on the financials, so I wanted to add my help with the Trademarks. I would like to point out that the trademarks are the only thing talked about... no patents... Or did I miss that page. I haven't read each and every word, I will confess.

Here is the skinny on the trademarks, in case no one has had the time to go to the USPTO. I am not sure how to say this... it is pretty complicated.... they are DEAD.. yep, that's the deal.

Hop-On - Dead wow it was cancelled in 2009. it was owned by Hop-On.com Inc - I assume that is PM and it is the only Hop-On

Hop-on to the Future Dead died on March 1 2013

Graffiti Wireless Dead actually abandoned Dec 2008 it was owned by Hop-On, Inc.

El Tamano Si Importa Dead cancelled Jan 2013 was owned by Hop-On Wireless, Inc.

The two that are iffy are:
Tag it - I don't see any owned by PM or Hop-on

Size Does Matter - same with this one.. but I didn't look at all of them... TOO MANY.

We do have a winner! ChitterChatter... it is alive and owned by Peter Michaels.. If you go to the USPTO and look up chitter chatter you can see the product... very fancy.

One that wasn't listed in the report was Hop-On Wireless... it's Dead.

Just wanted everyone to have the info on the trademarks.
