I think the low volume has resulted weak support, making it easy to take the pps down. Just look what happened during the last hour of trading on Tuesday - twice the pps dropped precipitously from .16s to high .14s in a matter of seconds, then rebounded a few seconds after that. Runroses posted a great article last week written by a former OTC market maker that really shed some light on the tactics used by MM's (legal tactics for the most part, but unethical none-the-less). If nothing else, it provides good incite into the mindset of market markers and how they take advantage of low volume to manipulate the pps.
