Many issues at hand, immigration, Obamacare, budget, etc.

Housing market collapsed due to banks selling bad loans to Fannie and Freddie. Fannie n Freedie cashing in on this and hold the keys to reassure the 30 year mortgage.

Only solution is to restore Fannie and Freddie. Restoration will provide continued reassurance to the middle class. Restoration will accelerate the final stages of the recovery from the Great Recession.

This year, sometime, Fannie n Freddie will be restored. Holding my core share rain or shine and popitiwhopity could happen anytime for any reason with or without news.
