Focus owns a stake in Grafoid. They also share some of the top management between the two.

Both Focus and Grafoid have strong ties to the National University in Singapore (NUS). This relationship adds a lot of credibility to Focus. If NUS is involved it means that the Government of Singapore is also involved. Unlike the US Government, the Singaporean Govt is very pro business.

Singapore is a very high tech country and if they are involved then this is a signal to me that Focus / Grafoid really has something here.

Grafoid has completed some private placements but I am not aware of them conducting an IPO. I am very interested in an IPO since I investing retirement dollars.

I am told that Focus has already done everything that Lomiko is claiming they have done or will do. This includes being able to provide Graphene for 3D printers.

Focus also has signed a off take agreement with China to buy a large percentage of their Graphite once their mine starts producing.
