Small start up companies have to stay light on their feet and use every opportunity to increase cash flow.

The Brightsign and Sammy collection are not going to go down in NTEK history as record breaking deals. No question there. But if it increases cash flow, which reduces the need to increase cash through equity, it is just smart management.
