Thank you very much for posting this.
Well now, it seems we have something to work with. I see a good number of exhibits being put forward by Pfizer's attorneys. We can see that the motions carried on every month since ILNS filed suit. We can see that the motions ended 07/10/2013. We can see that Pfizer wants this case thrown out. Pfizer successfully has "THE CONFIDENTIAL TERMS OF THE OPTION & LICENSE AGREEMENT" sealed.
So this is supposed to be a "slam dunk" for ILNS? Not by my reading, and not likely. Pfizer has put forward 9 Exhibits. Something tells me they are anything but trivial. Exhibit 8 (Intellect patent 127) is sent by Pfizer to the court, along with Pfizer's motion to dismiss the complaint.
The only way this will end quickly, is with Intellect accepting some nominal payment, in my opinion. Let's not forget that "Intellect" has no money, no CEO, no BOD, one part-time CFO/lawyer, no employees and not much time.
INTELLECT NEUROSCIENCES, INC. vs. PFIZER INC.
Oh Snap! Another promising pennystock brought down by evil MMs, height-challenged nudists + nefarious *hedge-funds stuck on stoopid* =)
