SS - The WSA and its financial manager CW Holdings use these "goodwill" projects in Africa and other 3WC to lure in companies with promises of $B. They then get the companies to make them 51% partners and/or issue performance bonds (I have seen this in action...this is not conjecture). All with the money that YOU invested. They post grand press releases with zero substance (if you read closely), no projects happen, the company folds after they have scraped all the money they can out of them; the cycle is then repeated and has since its inception.
It's your money but I'm sure that there are other things to invest in. I'm tired of these particular scam artists ripping people off and have decided to put a stop to it.
