Asher loans money to small companies, much of the time in return for shares. At some point he "converts" those shares into his payment by selling them. While he is selling it is very hard for the pps to rise because he sells and sells to anyone who puts up on the Bid side, to recover his "payment". Many describe this selling/price action as "dillution".
As a stock owner, a trader can get stuck with the price not rising enough to take profit. BONU has an Asher contract in it's fillings. However... he has already taken his payment so the worry of dillutive stock action has passed for BONU and with revenue now coming in, there will not be another Asher contract made.
BONU is on it's way to bigger and better things! IMO
