This means no dilution since 2010 of the AS!!!! I am pretty sure the OS has not changed since the last update on OTC in 2012, or they would have updated since they recently confirmed the AS unchanged since then.

Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock. Going nowhere fast!
