Got off phone w/ MGHA and they're familiar w/ the property. They told me when a property is zoned for a casino that status will never go away. Also, they said gulf coast casinos are sprouting up everywhere. Large institutions are pouring money into the coast. Major sports teams are now coming to the era. Very interesting here folks
