I think the ballots will be in by February 3 . Who knows how all this works . The only reassurance we have now is that they told us who the ir company is I don't think they would announce that unless the ppa was close. I don't think the company would get us all excited over that and not pull through soon. At one point a while back someone asked about The ir and the Company said something like there is no use in activating it unless there is something to report around those lines. So I think it is very close.
