RICK'S OPINION

Yeah, too bad for AMD, that Intergraph previously sued intel for "Strong Arm Tactics" under the Sherman Anti Trust Laws, Claiming Monopolistic pratices, and the decision that came down was that that each of Intergraph's "Monopoly" charges were refuted INDIVIDUALLY, and the judge specifically ruled that Intel's Strong Arm Tactics DO NOT violate US Anti-Trust laws. I'm sure you remember that discussion we had on this one over at SI, don't you?? So "Rick" can have all the "Opinions" that he wants, it's going to be a tough nut for AMD to crack. Why do you think Jerry ran crying to Europe instead?
