For the last time here are the facts surrounding this issue, then you can take over this board, I'm done!
FACTS:
* I posted what Mr. James told me, which was his simplified version. The fact is that I wasn't wrong, I was posting what I was told.
* You called Mr. James the CEO, he clarified everything for you this morning, yet you posted nothing about what he said to you to clarify the matter.
* I spoke w/Mr. James to get clarity and Mr. James previously simplified to say they will have to pay the 9% tax once they start turning a profit, without the possibility of using the losses from previous years to reduce the tax liability, thus in reality paying back the tax once they become profitable. However, in the details, he did say that they do not have to repay the actual amount they receive by selling their NOL's & R&D Tax Credits. I posted this as soon as I got this clarified, so as every investor would have the updated version from the CEO.
* Your quote yesterday: "Your posts lately fall short in accuracy and may make posters confused"
* Your quote from your post on 12/23: "Please do not think I am trashing you in any way but positive surprises are received much better than anticipation of those that promote in advance of an event." This was in response to my accurate prediction of the company getting $3 Million from the NJEDA Tax Incentive program.
* I have never posted anything false or misleading here, and today included, as I posted what the CEO told me and explained in detail why he said what he did to keep it simple after talking to him today. I always state where I get my information from and always provide a link to anything I reference, other than what the CEO shares with me on a phone call.
I will let you take the reins and handle the communication with Mr. James and see how it works out, as I don't need put up this any more.
