"What I question is his documented involvement with a public company, Loch Harris which I was heavily invested in. I question his actions, as well as the actions of all the officers, directors and insiders of the company.

I question the numerous PR's in which his name was used to promote a stock scam.

I question why he did not take immediate action once those false PR's were disseminated.

I question why there is no record of how Poteet was paid while working for Loch Harris."

All of the above questions you ask, and probably 50 to 100 more were asked by the SEC, FBI, DOJ, and AG, imho.

Can you honestly say, you don't think the SEC asked all of your questions and more?

You have read the SEC filings against Loch, we know the FBI raided the lab in Tucson. Yet, not one charge filed against anyone.

Plus diddy, as I have pointed out many times. The SEC had "ALL" the documents, whatever they were, and after seeing those documents, and taking all the depositions, still allowed CDEX to go public.

The "ONLY" conclusion one could draw from knowing all of that, is that CDEX and its bod, and employees are clean.

If the SEC had found one shred of any misconduct from MP, Dr. Poteet, or any other CDEX person, do you honestly think that they would have allowed CDEX to go public?

I believe the correct answer would be, NO, they would not have.
