RB being its usual finicky self. And so it's necessary to read this post from an RB perspective i.e., as though it had been submitted to RB...

Clock

It’s your investment too. And it pays to be balanced and realistic and to not self-defeatingly always don blinders and run wildly and amok. It pays to think. To consider all. To look at the big picture. And while always bearing in mind pennyland realities. And with that said your contribution this day is much appreciated. Is most welcome. As evidenced. And as for Ian? Well that included therein supplementary tidbit was in actuality the part of your presentment overall that had the greatest momentary impact on me personally. And why so?

Well in relation to a certain of my more recent outgoing e-mail presentments re that grapevine info/detail routinely coming my way mention was made of Ian. And given that my communications on both the private and public fronts need be tempered for reasons previously discussed we have a situation that has me constantly sorting out that which I can share in the absence of potentially unpleasant - for both myself and others - repercussions from that which I’m not at liberty to share. That which informs but does no potential ‘harm’. And with that in mind and in light of Jeff’s (dumdum1325) most recent childish comments sent my way here I penned an appropriate reply to said Jeff. A reply I was earlier today in the throes of completing when I was necessarily interrupted in my efforts. And when I returned from said interruption what did I find? Well a few new posts having been submitted to the board is what. Including your own indeed fine and much appreciated effort. Ian’s mention inclusive. And here I am with my reply to Jeff almost complete. And so where am I going with this? Well indeed…

Jeff recently blew a gasket over at IHub. Was popping blood vessels left, right and center. And all of same was precipitated by Jeff’s efforts to get me to talk specifically about our management restructuring situation. The one mentioned in PR #1. To wit…

“Mountnman, Can you actually tell me who is still with PRRM besides Dan?

Jeff”

To which I replied (in part)…

“Jeff

That mentioned management restructuring? The Jan. 10 PR mention? Well indeed as you suggestively and more allude to that restructuring does run a bit deeper than said PR directly mentions. And relative to those we’re all most familiar with it’s not extensive and what there is of it is all for the good. And yes. I have heard some specifics relative to certain earlier involved parties but as always I’m not at liberty to discuss same freely.”

And this reply of course wasn’t good enough for Jeff. And came shortly thereafter…

“Mountnman! It is a simple question. Can you tell us who is actually still with PRRM? Yes or no … I know that they have stoped payroll. Which to me would say that Dan is the only one still there. These new people that he says he just hired, well that is yet to be seen. I would like confirmation of that! Or are those new people just getting promises from Dan that he can not keep. Adam is gone. Ian is gone. Justin is gone. Jamie is gone. Pierce is gone. Bob is gone. Chad is gone. Grafton is gone. That only leaves Dan! Right!

Jeff”

And seeing as Jeff chose to as usual entirely ignore the more salient points in my reply I chose a different and more blunt path in responding to his persistence using in fact the long ago words of another…

“Jeff

By: walktowalk (posted Sept. 25)

“A few employees no long work for PRRM. Adam DesLauriers gone to help his brothers. Ian Lamphere quitted to run his personal dream. Chad Dahlstrom went back school to master music. Justin Reyher out nowhere. Grafton Smith cashed out to enjoy his traveling. Jamie Morris still in. Bob Bombardier in.”

Try to keep up hmm?

And wait additionally for some changes and updates of the formal variety.”

And since circumstances overall had changed during our rather lengthy silent period I qualified walk’s words…

“And wait additionally for some changes and updates of the formal variety.”

And why so more specifically? Our lengthy silent period i.e., lack of sufficient operating and growth/expansion capital did force certain PRRM-related individuals to look elsewhere for income. And for some we’re talking a permanent situation and in the case of certain others only a hiatus of sorts is what we’re talking about.

And so this more blunt path reply of mine went again by Jeff entirely unappreciated and resulted in the aforementioned. In Jeff very much blowing a gasket/popping a few blood vessels. A post since vanished from IHub but reposted here. A post I yet again responded to. A post also vanished from IHub and also reposted here albeit in a composite form. A post that Jeff as stated above replied to in a childish way. And twice in fact…

“Missed this one, to much BS to read through! So glad you are back LITTLEMAN! Lol”

“To much BS to read through. Glad you are back littleman!

Jeff“

And as also stated above I set about penning a reply. A reply that again in the midst of completing I was necessarily interrupted. And upon returning as stated I noticed and read among others your post. The one mentioning Ian. The one which purely by chance rendered my almost complete reply to Jeff a tad ill-timed so to speak if submitted as originally intended. For it was and is the case that in light of Jeff’s entire dissatisfaction (read failure to understand and accept) with my earlier replies and my having as alluded to above (outgoing e-mail presentments) been granted so to speak permission to speak to a degree on the subject I decided to provide our good friend Jeff a more direct answer to his queries overall. At least in part. And despite his lack of understanding and acceptance and the childishness and uncalled-for slights and the rest of it. And here indeed is that reply as originally intended…

“Jeff

Busy amusing yourself are we? And ever so childishly so? And two replies? And shouldn’t that sign-off be in fact…

Thanks Jeff?

You know. The one that as almost always laughably lacks the necessary punctuation and structure? And speaking of laughable…

Not familiar are you with the far from subtle differences between a preposition and an adverb? No? And of course shock and surprise on that one, hmm?

So okay you’re still enjoying my posts. And in light of your obviously being still a little on the flustered side you have at least managed to calm down a significant degree and kudos certainly warranted on that one. No more ranting and raving nor foaming at the mouth nor maniacal spew and spittle and vulgarities and the rest of it. Though of course the childish and more slights continue. And with that said and in mind and on the subject of BS and your “LITTLEMAN”/“littleman” slights indeed? Comical it is that your reaction to my post entirely supports the truth of my words. And equally comical that your UPPERCASE/lowercase presentments you deem so obviously fitting. And small minds easily amused indeed?

Time to graduate Jeff. Time for grade school.

And you want I should toss you a bone do you? That it? Tell you all about that formerly mentioned management restructuring? Well I’ll give you this much…

Ian is still very much with us. Still very much company VP.

And feel better now do we? And are there any new names outside of those we’ve recently become aware of? Well in fact yes. There are. And aren’t you just champing at the bit? Hmm? Oh and remember…

Calm and rational wins the day.

And always does.

And regards of course to you and all others.

themountnman”

And so and indeed on the Ian and 'public' front you beat me to it. And with that said is there indeed for me a grapevine? A very reliable one? Well yes again there very much is. And donning blinders as stated and running wildly and amok serves no good purpose. No good end. Calm and rational do very much win the day as stated. And with that said…

PR #7? What does it all mean? Portend? Well let’s take a look:

The answers are always in the details.

A lengthy silent period? A hunt to become capitalized as needed/wanted? A rebirth? And a day one company description inclusive of basic business plan/model…

“PRIME RATE INVESTORS, INC. … is a multi-media holding company with specific interests in outdoor sports, e-tail, retail, and print, television and film media. It’s wholly owned subsidiary, Stowe TV-10 is a cable broadcast affiliate of the national sports network RSN. The company’s strategic relations with multi-faceted outdoor sports entities allows it to offer diverse advertising solutions to businesses seeking exposure through video production and ad placement in print, television and feature film outlets.”

“diverse advertising solutions”

Recall my mentioning a short while back about the type of PR’s we haven’t seen in a while? PR’s outlining agreements and contracts otherwise and joint ventures and such? And now? After a lengthy silent period? A hunt for much needed and wanted as stated funding? An overall streamlining? The rest of it? Relationships and more being rebuilt. Including Jeff and Mike and no shortage of very salient others. And why additionally the following was included in PR #5…

“"Nate is an extremely valuable asset to the Company and we have every confidence that he will deftly lead Steamboat TV-18," enthused Prime Rate Investors President, Dan Burgess.”

“Nate is an extremely valuable asset to the Company”

Rocket science it isn’t.

As usual.

Syndication and such agreements re Backcountry TV and Stowe TV-10 and HAM in and of themselves aren’t the same as a partnership formally entered into re our subsidiary BCTV LLC. Just ask company legal.

Time to slow down. Time to think. Time to very much get past the trees to the forest. To focus on the big picture. Those details.

The mentioned funding deals are very real. And every passing day brings each closer to being finalized. It pays to get past the trees to the forest. To always keep an eye on the big picture. To focus on the details. Our rebirth is a gradual one that calls for much. Including as stated the rebuilding and bolstering of earlier relationships entered into and the forging of new ones. Of rebuilding and reinforcing bridges broken and fallen or falling down. Good things ARE happening. With very much…

The best yet to come.

No need to beat yourself up.

Just focus is all.

And calmly and rationally so.

And take care.

You and the rest.
