When ever these stocks get "D" added to ticker it can take a few trading days for the certain trading platforms to update to reflect any buy or sell orders, but this also opens door for wild price swings if buying interrest is underlying the stock.

But bid of 1.30 is already one of the higher bids we've had in awhile. May take a few days to see how this hashes out, but would be surprised to see some sort of pop to $3.00+
