I agree, but it's not really the point. Rick and EXMT need to quit giving timelines and not living up to them. It make the investor lose trust in the company. Say your going to file, then fricking file. if you give a PR that a buyout is in the works and give a 30 day timeline and then around 90 days later and it's not addressed and no shareholder updates. I still have hopes for something to come of EXMT, but really not holding my breath when it comes to the management.
