it really doesn't matter how it exactly converts. A RS doesn't change the total value (and divi in $ based on # of shares) of one's holding. You receive $0.034 per share pre-split. If they RS x:1, you get x times fewer shares total but x times more pps and divi per share, so the total value is the same.

8% is 8% no matter what. No need to be awestruck by the RS really.
