Yes, it was dead, but people are beginning to notice the company and their stock. And it's worth way more than its low, low asking price. More people become aware of it and the value of the company increases accordingly as people figure out what they're willing to pay for it.

This is pretty basic stuff. And ihub is big and influential in the OTC... it is never a bad idea to draw attention to a stock that needs a market adjustment.
