BLAINE, Wash., Nov. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Hollund Industrial Marine, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HIMR) ("Hollund" or the "Company") announced today that the Company has made arrangements with North Cal Wood Products to open Hollund's main offices on the property that North Cal currently owns and operates.

"We strongly believe that by establishing our headquarters in California, we will strengthen and solidify the working relationship between Hollund and North Cal," stated Peter Meier, President of Hollund. "The executives at North Cal are knowledgeable lumbermen with over 60 years of combined experience in nearly every facet of the lumber industry.
