I am not sure why you are always so critical of what I post, but let me tell you that the word "Tax Credits" came from Mr. James himself. The fact is these are tax credits that the company doesn't have to pay back until they are cash flow positive. The tax credits are sold to another a company to be used now, in which NRTI can use the proceeds now without having to worry about starting to pay it back until they are turning in a profit in the business. I don't remember the exact rate of interest they would be charged once they start turning a profit, but it was a very low amount. I explained this in detail in an old post after discussing the issue with Mr. James to get clarity. I have always stated that these tax credits can be sold and that NRTI previously did so to another large pharma company last year. The fact is that I did my DD and talked to the CEO to get the full details.

I just wish you could ask me a question in a nice a way when you don't understand what I am saying instead of coming out and attacking my post as being wrong. When I have the time I will go back and find the post where I discussed the issue the issue with Mr. James. In the meantime you are always welcome to call Mr. James yourself to understand this better.

Cheers!
