If you remember, that was a concern of mine at one point. The conversion price at 002/whatever includes the discount. There are no other discounts, they will not sell lower than that price. They probably sold some at or above that price for some cash. I do not think VFIN was the bid whacker as nite had over a million at 002 which dropped to 200k after the big whack.
