The free speech issue may supercede those "tos', since this site is open to all, free pof charge.

I don't know the answer, that's why I asked, but the answer needs to come from bob not you, unless you have spoken with counsel about it.

if you have, please post the name and number of the attorney so that people can verify what was said.
