Wide fluctuations in the volumes is indicative of the dilution taking place and - IMO - the ONLY thing driving this stock at present. What happens as we saw here last week is that the high volume days attract attention with "Something must be going on" or "big news must be coming out" etc. A very sharp trader might be able to profit I suppose. The others simply get sucked in. It is how it all works. When a company files the Def14a upping the
AS to TEN BILLION - look out below.

ps At least VELA files and should get some credit for that. The real VELA is in the filings and not the PRs or what NBT Research
says.
