if you go see the last bsgc 10q page 21,it says as of may 17th 2012 they have 5,475,600 shares of plpe
now they havn't put out any more filings,so we don't know whats been going on.
this is a lotto play with nice share structure and pps imo
0011-0013 looks like support levels to me. HAVE FUN!
