DTC STATUS It may very well be old hat, but I just spoke with a clearing agent of the DTCC adn managed to pry some information out of him regarding teh clearing status of the TEMN CUSIP.

Currently there is a DTC DWAC ORC chill on the CUSIP, meaning, if you have a stock cert ... tough shit, can't deposit.

Meaning, if Klein has a cert he cant do anything with it other than start a fire or wipe his ass ... the DTC will not take the cert shares from paper to book. FWIW
