Don't get me wrong... I will not be upset if this goes to .005 so I can get out of Dodge...I am still waiting to see what decisions the court makes regarding someone buying the shell and putting new product in it. ASFX still owns an FDA approved facility to make product and it is established ... It needs updated accurate filings and it would be all set to go... But will it be the same crooks who take it back and go through the same sham process or will someone new potentially buy it and put real product in... That is what I await to hear...
