"Order 99-12-6 denies the request of Baltia Air Lines, Inc., for a waiver of the revocation-for-dormancy provisions of 14 CFR 204.7, and revokes the certificate of public convenience and necessity issued to Baltia by Order 96-2-51 authorizing it to engage in foreign scheduled air transportation of persons, property, and mail (Route 688)."
