I think the stock structure was so dramatically different back then. Ed starts increased the OS by a couple billion because he was afraid of a hostile takeover when the company was basically inactive due to the bank shutdown.
I know the market value but do you consider the shares ed Starr's has tied up in your calculation? 3 billion of those shares are not going to see the light of day.
