My understanding is that orders have been placed and delivered and that there seems to be some temporary cash flow issues now apparently solved. My feelings from talking to Mike Irving is that good things are happening, but with limited cash and people to work on them it is taking some time. Financial reports, audits, etc take time and money.

Rome wasn't built in a day. My personal feeling is that the people involved now are all good honest people pulling in the same direction.
