Tactical Solution Partners Announces Two New Contract Awards


GLEN BURNIE, Md., Feb. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tactical Solution Partners, Inc. ("TSPI") (Pink Sheets: TTSR) announced today that it has received contract awards from the Baltimore County, Maryland Police Department and Prince George's County, Maryland, through its Pelican Mobile operating platform.

Through Pelican Mobile, TSPI Law Enforcement Options Group develops integrated, interoperable, feature-rich "office-in-the-car" mobile solutions that enable first responders (police, fire, EMS) to obtain and exchange information in real-time. As clearly evidenced in all recent national emergencies, the rapid dissemination of real-time information is critical to determine and assure timely and precise resource allocation by public sector decision makers.

TSPI will be equipping approximately 600 vehicles in the two counties with "office-in-the-car" solutions enabling officers to instantly connect to critical information from federal, state, and local crime databases, and exchange information in real-time.

The two contract awards represent approximately $2.4 million of revenue for 2006.
