Lol Accumulated Deficit is actually beneficial for tax loss carry forward and will allow more cash to stay in the company when profits start to roll in. (I.E. Right now). This would only be detrimental to the company if there was huge amounts of debt tied up because of it or if there was a bankruptcy proceeding(allow investors never receive assets back anyways). Neither of which are happening.
MYEC has one of the strongest, cleanest balance sheets of any penny stock I have seen.
