The programmers developed a back office and apps that produce revenue, both are certainly assets including the labor to develop them. To think that the back office and the apps have no asset value is ridiculous. I assume it was Riss's choice to expense rather than amortize which accelerated losses and was accepted by the auditors. I assume it was a protective strategy designed to protect them from Laurus.
