Emailed Prestige, here's their response.

"Hi Robert, its my understanding Prestige is no longer under contract with Chris Clarke, can you disclose any info as to why the acquisition did not follow through?
Are you still trying to re negotiate terms or is the deal completely off?
I have a lot of money invested in Clarke's company, I'd appreciate any info you can help me out with.

"The deal is off and I have put the company back on the market. The deal did not go through because Chris Clark did not put down a cash deposit and asked us to wait until February because it would take him that long to get funded. In our opinion if he did not have the cash deposit of $50,000.00 it would not be worth holding the company sale for several months on a maybe that the deal would for sure go through.I offered Chris Clark a new deal for a lot less money and he said he has no money to do anything at this moment.
At this point I am going to look for a new prospect that is serious in making some money."
