ATEG IMO is undervalued. I got some @ .011 and added a little more this morning @ .013. Right now the spread is a little more undesirable, but with some volume it should move up. Has a huge base at .01 and above on the bid side. I'd use a limit order and do a GTC @ .013 or .014. You might be able to get it cheaper.
