Also, I don't know why you necessarily assume that the fact that we haven't heard anything about ongoing testing in a hospital means that the trials haven't started yet.

To me it's more likely that the hospital has put a gag order on Medizone, to avoid any public impression of an outbreak in their facility. We've run up against this before. (Somehow shareholders' demands to allow publicity in order to boost the shareprice doesn't convince them.)
