A couple years ago, I got an update in the mail and it said, WSHE was going to raise the AS to 10 Billion. I stayed away and they never did it.

I jumped back in last year and the year before a few times as the AS was still 500 million.

Like I said, the TA told me on the phone current it was 500 million. 78 million preferred.

Guessing, they have to announce officially somehow and do it?

I assume, after the Hedge fund Finishes, selling, we get a pop and then they raise it and really dilute? Just a guess.

I only need WSHE to move a little bit up on a run and I'm out totally,
