I guess when you dont make the effort to travel to a shareholder open meeting you shouldn't really complain. It is not their job to report back on what was said, it is the investors job to make it there.

As far as the plant, I hate being redundant but maybe you didn't read my last post about it, it takes a LONG time to get a distillery license. Upwards of a year to 18 months is not unheard of.

As you said, you sold and are out, so move on.
