So family working for the company means scam? Maybe you have not heard of a little ole' company called wal-mart. When they started the whole d**m family was there? Was that a scam. I guess all family owned business are scams. Wow. Welcome to Russia!

That same info. is in the S-1 registration statement filed November of 2011 (did you read that).
