The meat of this patents. Why is it taking so long to make the
call?? He states in the filing you posted the heart of the issue
is and has been in the patent all the time. Along with the added WG

The law dogs at wg can not come up with anything new. ?? why
are they just not able to come up with some sort of prior art??
They have had all this time. And they get a smack down by the judge.
