I am not there so I can't so I can't speak for the OWOO team but what I can say is that what they are doing makes sense by paying down any note that could flood more shares into the market.

They seem to be strapped for cash right now but are restructuring to raise better capital as Trent said in the video. The sales are happening and they say they are gonna do a buy back at some time so we will just have to wait and see what gives?
