cjgaddy, I don't know.

I keep forgetting to look at their website:

http://www.jagnotes.com/frontpage.cfm?attempts=0

but every now and then one of these hits the news in my ActiveTraderPro (Fidelity program) on a stock I've got in my port. or on a watch list.

The website just has a teaser portion of the "rumor", I don't know why what hit my news window would have had more detail than in the teaser.

The last one I got on a stock I'm in was months ago and as far as I know it did not pan out, although that company is notoriously tight-lipped and NEVER puts out a PR except on the largest of contracts.

Sorry I don't have any more info than that.
