I don't think it would be my responsibility or anyone else's to prove that the CEO isn't selling his shares. It would be the responsibility of someone accusing the CEO to prove he is. Until someone provides evidence that JT Thornburg is dumping shares I will assume that he isn't


Think it's fair to say companies that are labeled with No Information open themselves up to a lot of doubtful speculation. It's why otcmarkets puts the warning on UNQT'S ticker page.
